Integrative Consultation Form

For booking an integrative tattoo (tattoo + session), note that your session is on a separate day to your tattoo. They can either be in person at Whiteowl Clinic in Bondi Mondays, or online via zoom on Wednesdays. I only book tattoos via email, separate the scheduling form below.

For Somatic Therapy sessions Accessible, Basic, Standard and Patron are price points, outlined in the guideline below, please choose what is accessible for you.

If we are determining your tattoo in your integrative session, please select standard or patron.
